Since October 2011, I am a CNRS researcher at the Montpellier Laboratory of Informatics, Robotics, and Microelectronics (LIRMM) in France , where I am involved in two different groups: ICAR and DEMAR.
My research deals with virtual deformable models for medical image analysis and mechanical simulation (see description and publications).
I am a co-founder of ANATOSCOPE, a young start-up company created in 2015 by researchers/ engineers and one surgeon from CNRS, INRIA, Grenoble and Montpellier Universities. We develop software solutions to automatically build & simulate 3D digital avatars based on medical images of patients. |
